Welcome to IWSDA'19!
The 9th International Workshop on Signal Design and its Applications in Communications (IWSDA'19) will be held from October 20 to 24, 2019 at Dongguan University of Technology, Dongguan, China.

The aim of the workshop is to foster fruitful interactions among signal designers, coding theorists, cryptographic researchers and communications practitioners from all over the world. The topics of this workshop include, but are not limited to, the following:
